(“Agency”) provides the cornerstone4insurance.comSM Web site (“Site”) without charge to the general public (“Users”) for the purpose of providing Users information about Agency, its services, and insurance services in general.  The Site may be used for that purpose only and not for any commercial purposes.  

Agreement to be Legally Bound by These Terms

Severability
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
