Customer Service Associate:
Cornerstone Insurance Associates Inc. is seeking a licensed customer service representative to provide day-to-day service and direct support to new and existing personal and commercial clients. As a licensed customer service representative, you will support sales programs and business objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control, organizational effectiveness and growth.
Customer Service Associate Skills and Qualifications:
Positive out going Attitude, Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, and Multi-tasking Duties and Responsibilities: • Research and answer clients’ and underwriters’ calls. • Advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues. • Process insurance policy changes, renewals and cancellations. • Foster and maintain good working relationships with clients, insurance company underwriters. • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services and Solicit sale of new or additional services or products. • Maintains customer records by updating account information. • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and comments, as well as actions taken in our agency management system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants should be licensed in property and casualty . an College degree is a plus. Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
